Food choices were really diverse for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spacing between the beach, swimming pool, and hotel room was great. Cleaning services were excellent for tables and room turnover. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked decently too.
I felt there was little entertainment in the evenings, even during the winter season. I think it would be nice if the other restaurants, bars, and the patisserie were open so guests could experience everything.

My room included a minibar that was restocked daily with water, juice, and soft drinks. The room had a balcony with seating, offering a space to relax. A tv with satellite channels was also in the room.

The hotel featured multiple outdoor swimming pools, each with a dedicated lifeguard on duty. There was a well-equipped fitness center that had treadmills and weight machines. A kids club offered supervised activities for children throughout the day.

The beach was spacious and the deck was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the clean and spacious swimming pool. The air conditioning worked well in the room.
The mixed drinks service needs better training to keep the quality consistent. Some bartenders made great drinks, others made undrinkable ones. I also found the coffee bitter and the cola flat.

The staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay. The entertainment team provided many daytime activities. Live music and shows occurred every night. I particularly enjoyed the food. It was delicious and varied.

the food had a wide variety of options. it was acceptable.
Service was terrible. staff did not serve drinks anywhere. we had to go to the bar and wait. we were locked out of our room upon checking in and our cards stopped working another three occasions. This meant we would wait an hour to get new card keys to access the room.
